The room showed signs of neglect. the pull-out couch was uncomfortable for a third guest. Cleanliness was an issue, with towels not being changed over three days and another pillow needing a wash. Noise from the adjoining room was bothersome due to the connecting door, which wasn't disclosed in the room description.

The kids and I had a great stay while visiting the city and checking out nearby attractions like the Basilica Cathedral, just a short stroll away. We loved the charming atmosphere of the place, and the beautiful antiques added a nice touch to our experience. The room was spacious enough for our family, allowing us to unwind comfortably after a day of exploring. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Bath, and it was so cozy! The 4-poster bed was super comfy, and the clawfoot tub was a nice touch. Loved the antique decor everywhere—it definitely added charm. The room was a bit warm, so we had to open a window, but it was nice and quiet outside. Overall, it felt like a romantic getaway and was perfect for our anniversary. The breakfast was hearty too, which was a nice bonus!

What a charming 1888 mansion! The location was perfect for exploring, and honestly, I can't believe I didn’t take a selfie with that clawfoot tub.
I swear the lighting was dim enough to host a romantic candlelit dinner—without the candles!

missingWrote a review on May 25great locationspacious bathroomdirty common areaslimited staff interactioninconvenient power outage
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the central port area and many attractions. The bathroom was notably spacious, providing ample room for personal items. However, the cleanliness of the amenities could improve, as I noticed some dirt in the common areas. Communication with staff was limited, often restricted to phone interactions, which left a bit to be desired in terms of personal engagement. Additionally, when a power outage occurred, it was inconvenient that another guest had to resolve the issue in the basement.
